The telesurgery program began with a successful inguinoscrotal hernia repair, validating the precision and reliability of the remote surgical system. The next case involved a complex gastric tumour near the gastroesophageal junction, closely associated with the pancreas, spleen, and adrenal gland. Through the SSI Mantra platform, we achieved a spleen-preserving gastric resection, maintaining organ integrity while ensuring complete tumor clearance. Following this, a telerobotic cholecystectomy was performed using the same docking setup, demonstrating the system’s operational efficiency and seamless workflow.
